Hi there! I'm a Software Engineer at
Meta, where I work on developer infrastructure and AI systems. My broader interests lie at the intersection of
machine learning systems, AI agents, and efficient inference, particularly in building systems that make increasingly capable models practical and reliable.
Alongside my work at Meta, I do research on agentic and multimodal systems. Recently, I've worked on
software engineering agents, including methods for teaching smaller models when and how to seek help from stronger models, as well as
adaptive visual processing for multimodal models. You can find my publications and ongoing research on my
Google Scholar.
Previously, I worked on autonomous vehicle systems at
NVIDIA and was a Research Assistant at the
National University of Singapore, where I worked on computer vision and video understanding. Before graduate school, I was one of the early engineers on
GXS Bank at Grab.
I graduated with an M.S. in Computer Science from
UC San Diego and a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from the
National University of Singapore. For more details, check out my
CV or reach me
here.
Outside of work and research, you'll usually find me reading science fiction, playing badminton, DJing, or watching Formula 1.
